Keep track of where you’ve applied and where you are at in the process with Notion’s Job Application Tracker. This is a free, online tool will help keep you organized as you apply to multiple jobs. You can store your resume, document positions applied for, and create action items.

  • Upload your resume for easy access

  • Track the company, position, URLs, and stage of your applications

  • Outline and prioritize tasks for your job search journey

For Interview Preparation 💬

Interview Warmup by Google

Practice interviewing in the privacy of your own home with Google’s Interview Warmup. This is a free, quick way to prepare for an interview. You can practice key questions, get feedback on your responses, and simply get more comfortable interviewing.

In addition to general questions, there are role-specific questions to better prepare you for an interview in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing & E-Commerce, IT Support, Project Management, UX Design, and Cybersecurity.

What to expect:

  • Record (or type) your answer for it to be analyzed

  • Redo and edit your answer if you would like before submitting it

  • Get a transcript of your answers

  • Save your answers or practice again to improve your responses and your confidence

Some of the feedback you will get is:

  • Are you using job-related terms that are attributed to certain roles?

  • What are your most-used words and possible alternatives?

  • Summary of your talking points that targeted a well-rounded response that included experience, skills, lessons learned, examples, and results.
